It's Sandy Bertalan. I just thought I'd give you an update on how things are going with us. Ryan and I love our house more than anything! We've done a lot of small improvements since we moved in, including painting, upgrading the electrical, small cosmetic details, and now we are in process of redoing the backyard. We plan to replace the flooring with tile throughout as well as paint the exterior and possibly some things in the kitchen. We love to work on the house, and devote most of our time on the weekends to making it ours. Our jobs are going great, and it's not nearly the financial struggle we initially thought it would be.
